TMCC WebCollege offers Instructional Design and Accessibility services to faculty and staff to assist you in creating a meaningful and impactful online presence for your learners. Our Instructional Design and Accessibility Specialist works with you to apply instructional theory, best practices, and the adopted institutional standards to your online course design.
The Quality Matters (QM) course review is a faculty-centered peer review process designed to certify the quality of online courses. Course reviews, conducted by a team of QM-trained peer reviewers, highlight good design elements and provide feedback on areas of improvement. A course that meets QM standards is awarded a nationally recognized QM official logo to be placed inside the online course. WebCollege staff assist faculty in preparing and submitting courses for a QM internal &/or official review process.
WebCollege is your primary contact for assistance setting up and troubleshooting the E2E Achieve Appointment Manager system and the Early Alerts module for our faculty users.
We are also your support contact for the Watermark Course Evaluations software, whether that’s troubleshooting access, adjusting the evaluated instructors, or obtaining reports.
